LSUPCo Day Trips and Retreats are built around that feeling. Longer days, wilder landscapes, deeper immersion in the natural world. Guided by our team, rooted in the science of what time on and near water genuinely does for your mind and body.

Day Trips

A full day on the water with people who love being there.

Our guided day trips take you along some of the most beautiful and unspoiled stretches of river. Six to seven hours of paddling, through open countryside, ancient water meadows, and river banks that feel a world away from London.

Our guides lead, coach, and navigate throughout. There are pit stops, moments to take in the landscape, and plenty of photo opportunities. Every route is different. Every day on the river reveals something new.

Day Retreats

The river does something different when you arrive with no agenda.

Structured around both movement and restoration, our day retreats bring together a selection of paddling, Yoga, SUP Yoga, guided mindfulness, breathwork, and unhurried time in nature.

Led by our team in partnership with specialist wellness practitioners.

Blue Mind science, the growing body of research into what proximity to water does for human wellbeing, sits at the heart of how we design these days. Time near and on water reduces stress, restores focus, and reconnects you with a quieter version of yourself that city life can make hard to find.
