Our SUP YOGA Experience

Led by Lauren Edwards, an experienced Yoga teacher, our SUP Yoga classes classes are sequenced to ensure a healthy measure of deep relaxation, mindful flow, connection with nature and, of course, fun!

Lauren has years of experience hosting paddleboarding trips and Yoga retreats from here in Richmond, to Thailand and many places in between.

You'll be welcomed with open arms whether a complete beginner or seasoned Yogi. Her friendly signature style is a skilful blend of playful and mindful with encouragement and care. You are in safe hands with Lauren.

What’s included

  • Instruction from our passionate and qualified SUP Yoga Teacher

  • Paddle Board, Paddle, Leash and Buoyancy Aid

  • Fun on the water

What to bring

  • Your sense of adventure.

  • As many friends as possible.

  • Appropriate clothing for on the water (based on forecast weather conditions).

  • Footwear to wear when getting on/ off the water (water shoes, flip-flops or an old pair of trainers)

  • A change of clothes for after the session.

  • Water to drink, in a refillable water bottle.

  • Sunscreen & hat (We're always optimistic).

Pre Requisites

  • Minimum Age 18, this session is Adults only, for under 18s please contact us to book a family session.

  • You must be able to swim 50 meters clothed (If you can't but would still like to SUP, get in touch and we can discuss our SUP options for non swimmers).

  • If pregnant - your doctors prior consent to participate.

Paddle (SUP) Yoga was an amazing experience!

A huge thanks to Lauren, our fantastic instructor. She made the class on the River Thames perfect for us as beginners in both yoga and SUP. SUP yoga really takes your balance to the next level, challenging your technique, core, and control.
